Position: Partnership Marketing Seasonal Position
Location: Chicago, IL

Responsible for supporting the Partnership Marketing sales team in generating revenue through the sale of Chicago Bears marketing, media and promotional assets.  The ideal candidate will reside locally and can begin work in February 2012. This is an eight month position lasting through October 1, 2012.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the generation of high end customized proposals
• Assist in the creation of new Partnership Marketing sales platforms and the associated sales collateral
• Collect photos, data and information used to generate sales collateral
• Conduct lead prospecting research projects
• Conduct in depth research on specific business prospects
• Responsible for updating and maintaining main proposal template and automated proposal generation process
• Build and maintain the Partnership Marketing Overview presentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to secure the necessary approvals and sales support resources
• Assist with Team marketing events and initiatives

Qualifications (educational criteria, experience and other basic knowledge requirements):

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent training & experience
• Previous sports or media experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of Power Point
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Microsoft CRM
• Strong understanding of business, marketing, and advertising principles
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to complete assignments in a very detailed and thorough manner
• Possess excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and written correspondence
